Yes. Molino Elektrik operates and repairs its own 2.6 MWp of plants with its in-house expert team. With its technical infrastructure and experienced field staff, the company has the capacity to provide periodic maintenance, fault resolution and O&M services to external investors' plants on request.

Our owned portfolio consists of 750 kWp and 1,125 kWp ground-mounted solar plants. For third-party requests, installed capacity is not the only criterion; during the initial assessment we consider site conditions, equipment configuration and the required service scope together.

Molino and its specialist partner network provide integrated M&A advisory covering technical site inspections (Technical Due Diligence) and, through our specialist energy lawyers, contract negotiations (SPA/SHA) in the transfer of energy plants and licence rights.

In the first conversation, we clarify the plant's location, installed capacity and current status. We then determine whether the need concerns O&M services or an asset transfer and define the next review step and scope of work together.

For initial contact, the plant's location, installed capacity and current operating or transfer status are sufficient. Depending on the need, generation data, equipment information and licence or permit documents may be requested at the next assessment stage.

2. Personal data processed

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed to assess your enquiry, route it to the right team, respond to it and carry out any meeting or proposal process you request. The legal basis is direct relevance to the conclusion or performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c) and legitimate interest, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (art. 5/2-f). Technical and security logs rely on compliance with a legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç).

4. Method of collection

Data is obtained directly from you through the contact form on this page, e-mail, telephone and meetings, as well as through website server and security logs, by wholly or partly automated means in electronic form.

5. Transfers

Your data may be transferred, only to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose, to hosting and IT service providers, to legal and advisory service providers bound by confidentiality, to group companies depending on the nature of the enquiry, and to legally authorised public authorities and judicial bodies. Where a provider using infrastructure abroad is involved, any transfer is carried out on the conditions and safeguards set out in article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Retention and security

Personal data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and thereafter for any mandatory retention or limitation periods under legislation; once those periods expire, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the law. Appropriate technical and administrative measures such as access restriction, secure communication and log monitoring are applied against unauthorised access, loss and disclosure.

7. Your rights under KVKK art. 11

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request erasure or destruction where the legal conditions are met and that such action be notified to third parties; to object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Requests are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within the statutory period at the latest; where the process incurs additional cost, the fee set out in the Board’s tariff may apply.
